Eventals offers a 7-day free trial so you can experience the platform hands-on. After the trial, you can upgrade to Growth or Premium to continue without limits. No credit card is required to start.
Do my clients need an account to view invoices?+
No. When you share an invoice or receipt link, your client can view it on their phone without signing up or downloading anything.
What type of vendors can use Eventals?+
Eventals is built for all types of event vendors — caterers, decorators, photographers, videographers, DJs, MCs, makeup artists, live bands, fashion designers, sound engineers, equipment rental businesses, and more. If you manage bookings, invoices, and clients for events, Eventals is for you.
How do I send an invoice to a client?+
Create an invoice from a booking, then click Share. You can copy the link and paste it into WhatsApp, or send it via email directly from Eventals.
Does Eventals work on mobile?+
Yes. Eventals is fully responsive and works on any smartphone. Your clients' invoice and receipt views are also optimised for mobile.
How does Eventals handle data protection and privacy?+

How do I cancel my account?+
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. To delete your account entirely, contact us at support@eventals.app.
