The free trial gives you full access to the platform with limited quotas — up to 5 active clients, 2 inventory items, and limited bookings and invoices. It's designed to let you experience Eventals hands-on before committing to a paid plan.

After your trial, you can upgrade to a Growth or Premium plan to continue without limits. We'll remind you before your trial ends so you're never caught off-guard.

An active client is any client who has at least one booking in the last 12 months. Archived or dormant clients do not count toward your limit, so your history stays intact.

The transaction fee applies only when you collect payments through in-app payment links (Paystack / Flutterwave — coming in Phase 4). Manual payment recording — entering payment details yourself — is always free on all plans. The fee is lower on Premium to reward higher-volume vendors: 0.8% on Growth, 0.5% on Premium.

No. You can start your 7-day free trial without any payment details.

Yes. You can cancel or change your plan at any time. If you downgrade below your current active client count, you will need to archive some clients first.
